Eye Conditions & Treatments

Not every eye problem feels the same. You might notice blurry vision, dry or irritated eyes, or changes in how you see. Some eye conditions may not cause noticeable symptoms at first.

Kenneth Van Amerongen, Optometrist provides care for many common eye conditions and vision problems.

Refractive Errors

Refractive errors can make things look blurry or out of focus.

  • Nearsightedness (myopia)
  • Farsightedness (hyperopia)
  • Astigmatism
  • Presbyopia

  • Corneal abrasions
  • Foreign bodies

Treatment depends on what’s causing the problem.

  • Diabetic eye disease

Eye Injuries

If something gets in your eye or you injure your eye, don’t ignore it. An eye exam can check for damage and help determine what care you may need.

If you have a serious eye injury or sudden vision changes, seek medical attention promptly.

Having Trouble With Your Eyes?

You don’t have to figure it out on your own. An eye exam can help determine what’s causing your vision or eye problems.

If something has changed with your vision or your eyes don’t feel right, give us a call and schedule an eye exam.
